Pre & Post Tours

GA2020 is offering an exciting pre and post General Assembly touring program.

These tours are designed by Arinex Destination Management (license No. 2TA001144), are for participating delegates and accompanying persons of the ICOMOS 20th General Assembly and Scientific Symposium.

All sightseeing tours include informative English speaking commentary, all entry fees and meals where specified. Comfortable shoes and clothing are recommended for all tours. For any outdoor tours we recommend that participants bring sun protection cream, sunhat and sunglasses.

All tours are based on a minimum number of participants. If minimum numbers are not reached, alternative arrangements or a complete refund will be made. Places on all tours are limited and will be allocated strictly in order of receipt of payment. Where participants cancel their tour bookings prior to 5 July 2020, payment will be refunded in full. Thereafter, no refunds will be made.


Domestic airfares are not included (unless otherwise stated) in the ground cost of pre and post tours. It is strongly recommended that you travel on the suggested flights to ensure you receive all components of the tour.

Travel Insurance

Travel insurance is strongly recommended and should be arranged by each delegate.
